I was particularly moved by a group of women I met at the Equal Rights Advocates luncheon in SF, who felt Now Is The Time deeply resonated for them. They had faced brutal sexual discrimination in their work at a shipyard where the gender imbalance was 16 to 1. They spoke out against injustice even though they knew it could cause them their job.
